I’m David Hamill, a freelance usability consultant based in Scotland. I provide my web usability services to organisations across the UK. I also write a usability blog for people who want to make better websites.

I began specialising in website usability in 2003 whilst working for a large bank, then moved into consultancy in early 2007.

I have helped a wide variety of organisations to improve their websites. Ranging from small e-commerce companies to large organisations like the BBC.
